HP Pavilion G6 2040ca Screen problem

Hello,
So basically when I start my laptop on battery the screen acts normal till windows comes to the log in screen. Only on battery. It's not that big of an issue it only happens when I boot from battery. Yes my sleep is disabled. Any help?
