Sony vaio laptop won't turn on

Hello,
My Sony VGN-BX760 won't turn on, no lights no fan, nothing. AC adapter has a light on it, and I've tested it with a voltmeter, but it shows 19.1V instead of 19.5V (if it matters). I've done removing the battary, draining power from laptop, still nothing.
Anything else I can do before I go bying replacement AC adapter or go poking inside that laptop?
