HP & Sager laptop query

i had a hp pavilion dv4 laptop.when i tried to startup that ,it is producins some sort of sound and when i am pressing the ESC button several times the ound will stop and a website lonk will appear
(www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup).I just want to know what is the problem with my laptop.please kindly help me to solve this problem

The noises you hear are most likely motherboard/bios error codes. You are going to have to work with them to get this resolved fastest as we do not have there error codes and would be guessing at the problem. What happened up until this point? IE the heck did you or someone else do to cause this problem?
