Warranty terms for ATI OEM/Bulk cards?

I am considering purchasing <A HREF="http://www.buyxg.com/store/item.asp?key=VC-141-118" target="_new">this</A> ATI x800xl PCIe card. It is a bulk card. What are the warranty terms for a bulk card? I could only find retail warranty specs on ATI's website. Also, I assume this card comes with nothing except for a driver disk. Is that the case?

My 9800 Pro OEM had a 3-month warranty when I purchased it. Expect the warranty period on any OEM card to be way shorter than a retail card. You should get something with a 2-year warranty.
