I need a tuner card, I already have a video card but I want to watch cable on my PC. What's a good inexpensive card?

These are my system specs:
EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra
A64 3000+ Winchester
CORSAIR ValueSelect (2 x 512MB) DDR
eVGA Geforce 6600 256MB 128-bit DDR PCIe
WD Caviar SE 80GB 7200 RPM SATA150
WD Caviar SE 200GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA100
Maxtor 200GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA133
NEC ND-3520A BK DL IDE DVD Burner

The Theater 550 PROs are excellent. Slightly cheaper TV-wonder cards are pretty good, too.

Hauppauge and Pinnacle have some of the best tuner cards.

My last video card had the tuner built in so I didn't have to worry. What do I need to look for in a tuner card, I just want to be able to watch cable tv in my pc with decent quality. I have a 19" monitor.

PS I want to spend around $30, and probably will be buying from newegg.

Cheapest from Newegg I can recommend is the Leadtek Expert. I have used a few and have two myself.

But for basic tv watching with mono sound, I buy these Hauppauge cards. Can't be beat for the money, and work great with Windows XP. No it's not Newegg, but I haven't had an issue with them at all on these TV tuner cards.
