AS5 increased GPU temp!

I have an XFX GeforceFX 6600GT and the temps from adding AS5 went up by 1C. With the stock crap they put on there I get better temps!

What's going on?

many possibilities

1. you put too much on
2. you didn't put enough on
3. you didn't install heatsink properly
4. very unluckily you dammaged the core, but this is very rare, so just ignore final possibility.

Also, as5 needs time to settle in so you could see a few degrees drop in temp after a few days as well.
