Haven't seen anything on paper but all indications are that they'll match Win7:

8 GB for Home Basic (x64)
16GB for Home Premium (x64)
192GB for Pro/Ent/Ult (x64)

They may make additional release versions at sub $100 OEM price point since they're trying to elbow they're way into the touch screen tablet market but I don't think that's necessary.

Windows 8 has the same memory limits as windows 7. From all reports I have seen the limit for Windows 8 64bit will be 16GB for the regular and 192GB for the pro version just like Windows 7.
