Building a new box. Epox 9NPA+ Ultra MB and a Venice CPU. Looking for a recommendation for a PCI Express Video Card. NO Gaming at all. Would prefer a passive cooled card. Thanks

Get the X300SE from sapphire with dedicated 128mb video memory. Newegg has it for about 50 dollars.

What software will you be using on it?

I was leaning toward either a 300 or 600 Sapphire card.

As far a software, nothing that will push a card. Basic Office applications, Acrobat 7, Quicken.

Thanks
