Is this a converted Williams Cocktail?

This looks a lot like a Williams cocktail conversion, except the coin doors.
Can anyone tell for sure?

I was thinking the same thing, but the coin door on a Robo cocktail is all
one piece and the one on this looks like an over/under style. If I knew for
sure it was a Robo I would snap it up.

That Mortal Joustbat just makes my skin crawl......if it was closer to
Milwaukee I'd probably grab it though and see what I could do with it.
