Is this a good 3D Mark score?

Hi, my system specs are:
1.6 P4
726 memory ram
and 9800 pro 128mb grafic card with Artic Cool.

In the 3D benchmark 05 my points was 3200 (somthing like that), is this good for this system? or how can i improve it?

my clocks are (on ATI Tool):
Core= 410
Memory= 360

i use a "Silent fan", it is as big as the card its self, my proccessor is not over clocked
