I have placed a 100 gig hdd in my Inspiron 4000. The BIOS only "sees" it as
a 32.5 gig drive but XP-SP2 sees it as a 100 gig and it is functioning
beautifully. Dell most likely will NOT come out with a BIOS update so I'll
"live" with the setting and go on my merry way.
