MSI GE-70 OND v. ASUS G75VW-TS71

I am planning to purchase a gaming laptop for under $1200 (budget is not extendable).
have shortlisted MSI GE-70 OND and ASUS G75VW-TS71 as the prospective candidates.

While MSI GE-70 OND costs $1050, ASUS G75VW-TS71 costs $1200.

So which laptop should I go for keeping the specs and the price in mind?

(Custom laptops like Sager, Clevo, Force, etc. aren't a choice for me. So please don't suggest these laptops.)

The asus is a better machine the ge is cheaper and the lenovo is worse. The asus should have a backlit keyboard, but the res is only 1600x900. The asus case should be equivalent to the gt70 not the ge70. My recommendation would be the ge.
