no it's not, MSRP is 599US, and 750-850CDN is pretty damn good.

I can't believe people are willing to pay that much money for a video card, i personally don't feel justified paying anything over 450CDN dollars before tax.

Nope, at a time when most of them cost above 750$, mine was 747$, and an HIS at that.
