With a huge or large database it's not that hard.... as long as your tactics
are ok... there are enough free players and youth to unearth the first few
seasons. After a season or 5, 6 than things begin to run faster...

Hope you like the joy of a lower team, maybe some time you'll turn into a
real zealot LlaMa!

Never found that myself. Whenever I play as Bournemouth I always try and get
some of the good youth players from Saints on loan. The only times I
remember actually getting any is when I'm also playing as Southampton
myself, and even then the players keep turning it down (even when I've
gotten Bournemouth to the Championship).
