my daughters laptop was experiencing problems with freezing so i attempted a full system recovery to take it back to its original state ,i am now getting a start up screen which loads files then goes onto a blue screen ,in the times i did get the recovery manager up and running it stops halfway through and says my hard drive is corrupted and i need to uninstall any security i have on the laptop ,i cant get into the computer at all to try and do this do you have any solutions to this problem ,cheers
