Don't look to be very much unstable but far better than WA3,

Winamp 2 + Winamp 3 = Winamp 5

Winamp 5 will be built with the stability/simpleness of winamp 2 and from the features of winamp 3.

2.91 does every thing i want. plays audio and video, has an eq, simple playlist, and minimal button clutter to get in the way. i used to use version 3 but it took forever to load and i ended up using a default winamp skin anyway.

I just lovvve Winamp 2.81. And never looked with newer versions, because winamp should only be a "AUDIO PLAYER",
not a video player, why are they going to video stuff anyways? it just makes their product bloated and eats lot of memory when playing videos. I played video files using windows media player 9.

being a bit considerate with nullsoft. I would still be very excited with their future Winamp.

oh yea, windows media player 9, now theres a streamlined player if i ever saw one! roflmao!!

and the srs(R) sounds very nice especially with 5.1 audio setup.
