Tech: Galaga RAM 3L upside down screen morning boots.

Hello, working on a Galaga and during the morning I get an upside down
screen with Ram 3L code. Sits there doesn't go any further. I cranked
the linear power supply and across cap c1 I was getting 5.2 volts.
Replaced chips 3k, 3l, 3m, 3n After cleaning edge connectors, reseated
every chip, and sprayed plugs, still the same. I did turn down the
power supply to match 5.2 as voltage was flowing better after the
clean. If I leave it run for a couple hours and then reset game, I will
then get a boot. Thank guys for you help and time.
