X300 vs. Mobile 9700

I'm looking for a laptop with a 15.4" widescreen that has good gaming specs. The best two choices I found were the Dell Inspiron 6000 and Toshiba Satellite M30X. This leads to the inevitable question, which is better...128MB DDR ATI's MOBILITY™ RADEON X300 PCI Express x16 (Dell)...OR...ATI® Mobility Radeon™ 9700 w/64MB of VRAM (Toshiba)? I looked for online benchmarks but couldn't find any that allowed me to compare the two. Thanks for the help!!

The 9700 is a good 10x faster than the x300.

I'd say closer to 2-3X, remember the Mobility 9700 is really just an R9600.
