Login / Logout menu changef

I used to have the colored icons to login / logout from XP; it is now changed to a window with a scroll down menu to select the action I want to do; any idea how I could go back to the colored icons ? Thanks !

In Control Panel, double click Users, "change the way user logs on/off.
