New mobile

Getting a new cheap mobile, hoping it might play a few games aswell. Which one should I go with?

1. choice: 1.5GHZ Pentium-M 1MB cache L2, 1GB PC3200, 64MB R9700, centrino a.s.o.

2. choice: 1.6GHz Pentium-M 2MB cache L2, 1GB PC2700, 128MB FX5650, centrino a.s.o.

They cost about the same.
