Tried e-mailing TG and got no response.

They have Track & Field for arcade listed as Track N Field. Is this the
same as Track & Field? Reason I'm asking is over at Challenge Arcade we've
all blown the current world record (95,040) out of the water (no pencil
cheating). The owner of the arcade, Joe LeVan, has well over 200,000, and
the top 10 are all over the 95,040 current listed world record.

The game settings on TW list "Start Units: 2" what is that, exactly? 2
players? Any ideas?

The scores on the TG site are for one round only. It sounds like
you're playing on the "marathon" mode which lets you play the 6 events
over and over as long as you keep qualifying.

That does sound like it, but it's probably just a typo. Both the MAME
and arcade settings should be the same in this case. I can
double-check what the printed version of the TG book says later today.

I was thinking the same thing, but it says in the rules "Extended Round:
On" Wouldn't that mean you can continue the circuit of events?

On the MAME record page it explicitly mentions that it ends after one
circuit.

I checked the printed version of the book and it also listed extended
round as "On" so that is incorrect as well. I informed one of the TG
referees about the problem.
