I recently switched over from Fido to Telus. I took advantage of their great
fido trade-in offers a couple of months ago. I just received my final fido
bill and it says I owe them 0.95$. What a joke. I seem to remember a Fido
rep telling me that I didn't need to pay my final bill if it was under 5$.
Is this true?

Send them a dollar and let them send you invoices every month showing a
credit of 5 cents.

They will write off any amount smaller then $5 or $10. The trick is to
find out that amount (call and ask), then write a cheque so that your
account is $0.01 higher.

That way they get to waste time and money processing your cheque, then
generating a refund for the remainder.
