inactive title bar and font size

What to modify in the registry to change the font type and size for the
inactive title bar?


(I know how to do this using display settings, but need to know the
registry keys for this)
Some ideas?

You can monitor registry changes with RegMon.

Sysinternals Freeware - - Regmon:
