My Outlook will not retain message rules in the format that I wnat it to. I
have at least five email accounts and want messages that come into the Inbox
to be redirected to a folder for each email. Unfortunately once i get past
about three message rules which work succesfully the programme decide for
itself where the messages will go. e.g. when message is received from xyz
account move the message to folder xyz and so on. However after about four
accounts the programme then decides that certain account messages will not go
anywhere and the account is mysteriously changed. I have reinstalled Outlook;
I have reinstalled all accounts. They all work and the rules work in Outlook
Express! In fact I have reverted to Outlook Express but this is frustrating
as I would like to use Outlook as a total program. Help??
Thanks

Adding the "Stop processing more rules" at the end of each message rule
usually resolves problems of this type.
