Need a laptop to hook up to my tv/sound system...

Hi there, I would like to purchase a laptop for the purpose of connecting it to my home entertainment system ie, a 47in led tv and logitech 7.1 surround sound system in my living room. I want to be able to stream sports games, play youtube videos, use winamp, etc optimally using my home entertainment system.

What minimum specs would i need? i will be copying all my music onto the hd so a 750 gig hd would suffice.
i3 processor?
would i need soundblaster audio card? Is it necessary?
4 gig memory?
I will not be using it for a gaming whatsoever so a dedicated video card is unnecessary.

All help is appreciated. Any tips from someone who has a similar setup?
