restore lost files? Help please!

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

Is there anyway i can restore files that were lost or accidentally deleted. I
managed to restore a few through norton unerase, but i couldn't get them
all... is there anything i can do? Please, i am desperate and appreciate any
help i can get. Thank you
