Samsung 900X3C vs NP530U3C

Hi!

Need some buying advice . I've decided to go for one of the these models (no need convincing me not to), but which? Price is not a huge issue (I know that the pricing of 900X3C is plain silly), but it's still a factor. I don't game awfully much on PC and when I do it's mostly indie games (and occasionally D3 or SC2). I do however work as a software developer, so good performance is important.

The specs of 530U3C can wary depending on where you buy it, but the specs below is what's available to me. The difference in price is around $520. Both machines come with a 128GB SSD and RAM speeds at 1600Mhz.

900X3C
Pros:
- Sleekest thing you've ever seen
- 1600x900 screen
Cons:
- Way pricey
- 4GB RAM (not upgradeable)
- HDD not easily upgradeable

NP530U3C
Pros:
- 6GB RAM (8GB max, easily upgradeable)
- HDD easily upgradeable
- Ok price
Cons:
- Good looking, but not sexy
- Ultrabook, but not as ultra as 900X3C
- 1366x768 screen

Hi!

Well, I've already decided on one of the two model's I specified in my first post. I have actually tried my hands on a Zenbook, but the keyboard was horrible. If you type fast and don't hit just right in the middle of the keys you'll end up with a lot of holes in your texts... Also, I really don't like the look of the Mac Air-ish design.
