Sir,
During surfing internet I have visited some website having free crack
programmes, after that my computer desktop got covered with a black screen
having some warning messages that my computer is infected with virus, a red
icon in notification area always popping up and on clicking it goes to a
site"www.antivirus-gold.com" I also cannot open google .com search pages.
Please help me out.

Stop pirating software for starters. People work long and hard to code,
stealing is a crime. That aside?

If you visit 'crack' sites, you can expect viruses to infect your system.
Try an online virus check of your system:
