Well the x800GT just popped up its supposed pricing is 150.00$
10.00 dollers more than the 6800LE i was going to get. should i wait a couple weeks and get the x800GT or stick with the 6800LE? how much more would the 256meg version of the x800gt cost?I can never make up my mind being a cheap bastered:) guess ill just have to wait and see the performance! Thank You

There are also no reports of this card to see how much suckas are gonna buy it. ATI should have made the next buget card for the x700 series and just let the x800 series die with dignity

If we only consider stock settings(no unlocking, no OC'in), the X800GT would be a much better buy than a 8-pipe 6800LE. 6800le<6600GT<X800GT. If it were a 12-pipe 6800, I'd say just buy it and forget about the X800GT. But unless you get it cheap and hope to unlock pipes, forget the 6800le.

? why's that? The 800 in the name will help sales, and the performance will outdo NV's similar priced offerings. If it's priced right, then what's not to like? At least it has GT in the name and isn't like the 128-bit R9800 fiasco. What I'd like to know is why the Inq says it won't be sold in the USA?

Hmmm i found out the stupid 128meg version clocked at 250mhz is 150.00 and the 256meg is clocked at 490mhz, i wonder what the price difference is cause i bet the 6800 kills the 128meg.
