Will any SCSI HDD work in a DELL?

I got a four/five year olf poweredge 1400sc that has an Ultra 320 SCSI
drive. I want to plot in a 2nd. Dell wants $600 for theirs. I'd rather
buy one for $200 which can be purchased anywhere else.

Just checking if Dell does anything weird with their boxes.
