Can't Get IP address

just removed several trojans from my pc and now can't get online.
I cannot get access to the firewall to remove it...keeps giving me
message saying, unable to register IP address. my lan card has limited
or no connectivity, won't repair itself, woe is me. lol.

events logs are

failed to register DHCP er 1006

PfmodNT failed to start cant't find file. er 7000

and err 7023


anyone have any ideas? i am a rank begginer at best.
