Since I have upgraded to Office 2003 I get an error message frequently on
Start Up and sometime when I launch programs (though can't find any pattern
to it). "The instruction at "0 x 009a96bc" referenced memory at " 0 x
00000000". The memory could not be written. Click OK to proceed or Cancel to
Debug. If I press OK or Cancel, nothing happens.

Anyone know what has caused this and how to fix it?
