Not sure about reliability and durability (I reckon they're both about the same) but the Lenovo is actually better in nearly everything so I would go for that.

You could always spend a small bit on extra warranty if you really want (If your spending 1000 bucks, I'm sure another fifty wouldnt be a biggy for the ease of mind you get with that.

warranty wont matter to me coz i will be using it in India. as far as i know, warranty is not international.

Actually the Lenovo WILL be faster, better CPU, GPU, more RAM, etc... Just take care of the thing to the best of your abilities and it will last you a long time. Its hardly worth it to spend the same amount for less because someone "thinks" it might be a bit better build quality.
