AGP in PCI Express

Well there are adapters out there (only seen the PCIe 'approved for' nV though) that would let him use his card, like the AGP-PCI adapter, but the performance on that would suck, and likely even if the PCIe one were to work it'd likely cost as much as a new GF6600GT and work half as well.

He needs to grin and bare it and buy a new PCIe card.

Yep   , but have you seen the AGP to PCI one?

It's just ridiculous. Running AGP 8X on plain PCI!?!
