Have an old XFX 64 meg video card that has seen its days. Not really interested in buying a top of the line card for max gameplay. Considering that I really do not game that much. What would be a decent budget card that would last another year or two?

Not looking to spend too much cash on a video card. I'm between upgrading to a AMD 754 socket or possibly just getting a new video card to help with gaming because I'm still in graduate school. I' only running and AMD 2000+ with 512 megs of RAM. I really do not have time to game right now. So the question persides with whether just to build a new system or just get a video card.
