Fido started off with limited support hours, then switched to 7/24
support and before its bankrupcy, sitched back to limited support.
Does anyone know if Rogers has 7/24 support ? If so, any chances that
Fido will get 7/24 support again once the support centres are unified ?
last I heard, the Fido people were being trained on Roger's support
software/computers. Is it realistic to have Fido people support Rogers
customers and vice-versa, or would there remain support folks specific
to Fido and Rogers even though they ,may work from the same location
using the same systems ?
