TECH: Kortek K7 1901A Monitor Blue Screen?

Diagnosing a custom jamma cabinet with a working board and a newer
looking Kortek monitor, the screen is entirely blue, like a lost
signal. I have not had a chance to swap out the board with a
known-working one, but that is my next step. In the meantime, anyone
have any suggestions? Any help is, as always, very appreciated...
