I charged my laptop but it doesnt work with battery please help me

Hello,i have dell vostro 1510.icharged my laptop and that icon shows 83%available but when i remove the ac plogg.my laptop turned off and doesn work with battery.please help me.thanks

2- is it refurbish?
3-Is it still under warranty?
You have 2 choice
1-return the laptop RMA if its still under warranty
2-Ship Dell craptop back saying that it has a hidden vice (faulty parts in laptop). Claim your money back...
Then buy an Asus laptop: you shouldn't have any trouble with them
