DISABLE TOOLBAR

MY mother is new to computing and about a thousand miles away. I am trying to
help her long-distance. Latley when she right-clicks on a photo in her email
to print it, instead of getting the usual menu choices (save, saveas, print
picture......) she gets a DISABLE TOOLBAR. Is this a spyware thing or perhaps
something she may have done inadvertantly because of a "wrong" click? Thanks
