CMOS Jumper location

Hi, the other day I mistakingly messed around with my BIOS settings on my Toshiba Portege M400. Now my Laptop won't POST. I decided to reset bios with the cmos jumper but didn't know where to find it. I looked online and most people said it should be under the RAM module. My RAM is under the keyboard and there is nothing underneath it. Does anybody happen to know where else it could be? I have tried taking out the RTC battery for a few days and that hasn't solved the problem. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
