I am getting the error message that my address conflicts with another system
on the network. I did not set up my own network. I rent one office in a
building and each office uses the Road Runner account set up by the owners.
I have been here for 3 years with no problem. Then there was a problem with
Time Warner Cable and the internet went out. When it came back I got that
error.

Hi

Please contact your ISP and explain the problem to him. This is a common
issue with broadband users and he will give you a new IP address or change
the IP address of the other person who has conflicts with yours.
