a) I have Asus Radeon 9600XT. Windows XP "find new hardware wizard" finds it again on every restart. How can I prevent it?

b) When I change picture from monitor to tv, (by default alt-f5), how can I make it so that it will not ask for yes/no? It's very annoying to start watching movie when that yes/no box is under all the active windows and it should be found on tv while using mouse elsewhere in 15 seconds time.

a) if you've installed the drivers, then it shouldn't keep asking. If it does, there's either something wrong, or it's actually finding something besides the graphics card itself. (monitor maybe?)
b) Can't you just click Yes on the PC before moving to wherever the TV is?

If you are using the ATI control panel (not control center) you can right or left click on the taskbar icon and select "no prompt"
