Due to the Gigabyte's memory I'd say it's better than both at stock speeds. Definitely better than the GT.

The only advantage of the GF6800 is that it's possibly modable to a slow 'GF6800GT', but that's a risk and if you're not comfortable with moding you might wanna forget that.
