.DMG---->.IMG/.BIN

Hey all,
I downloaded a file yesterday, but I seem to have a problem. Its a .dmg file, which from what I can tell, is a MAC only file type. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that could A)Open .dmg in Windows, or B)Just convert it to something I could open in Windows (img, bin, etc).
