Can i still use my Toshiba satellite computer with the screen removed? And how do i remove it to do this? Currently the LCD screen is cracked so i use a monitor to view the computer, works well. Hate to get rid of a perfectly fine computer, using it as a desk top works for me

You can take off the front bezel and leave the hinges sticking out.

You can find teardowns of laptops all over the internet.

Hi :)

I own a laptop reapir company...

Yes, you can remove the screen and it will still work on an external screen...BUT do NOT remove the whole top as the wifi aerials etc are usually in there...

All the best Brett :)
