I was looking around trying to find a replacement for my 6 year old laptop in the ~$800 dollar range that I could play GW2 on. I found the Y480 but the specs I've found for it are conflicting.

One shows i5 with 640m LE and the other shows i7 with 650m. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

They rolled out initially with different/lower spec's so the one you are currently seeing in the Lenovo store is the "refreshed" model and the ones listed and newegg and microcenter were some of the earlier released y480's. It is pretty common for manufacturers to update the spec's of popular models during the year without changing the model name/number. Lenovo likes to keep the same model numbers in a current cycle and just update/alter the spec's as the year passes as does apple and some other manufacturers.

The microcenter one, even though it doesn't show as an LE probably is, and the newegg one is out of stock and would doubtfully be restocked with the same version.
