why there s a sudden increase in laptop fan speed ?? if so how to regulate that??

Your laptop heatsink is probably getting full of dust meaning less airflow, meaning more fan speed required for same cooling performance as when there's no dust. Try opening your laptop up and cleaning out the heatsink with a hover.
