Upgrading my Graphics Card

I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card. My current one is the 9600xt on an asus a7n8x deluxe mobo with a 2500+ barton cpu.

howver I havnt been keeping up with the new card. I know pci-e is out but I really dont feel like upgrading my mobo and processor just to get a pci-e graphics card atm as they seem to have good cards out for agp still. If im wrong tell me .

Anyways are these good card or is there something better out there? And which one is better if possible.

This article http://www.3davenue.com/1401.html seems to indicate that the GTO isn't too far behind the XL in performance and may be a better bargain at $60.00 less. I haven't been able to find anything specific to the AGP GTO yet.

I went ahead and ordered the GL, and I'm waiting for it now. Crossing my fingers hoping it works as well as I expect.

How soon before you do your next upgrade?

Doesn't have to be soon. Im looking and doing new research now is all. Im hoping to upgrade within a month but if there is something better ill wait a little longer.
And if it helps i have 1 gig 2x512mb dual channel ddr ram.

Your going to upgrade in a month. Go with PCI-e Vid Card.

Im not upgrading my computer in a month just hoping to have my graphics card upgrade within a month
