Got in a bulk buy and in the lot was an Atari Liberator board. Unsure
if it works and I am preparing to test it soon. My question: How rare
are these and what is the average value of this board?

Although a pretty uncommon game (only 500 made), but not a very desired
one. My guess, 40-60 for an untested/ non or non working board, 75-100
working. Maybe more if you find someone that really needs one. This
one doesn't come up that often so it's kinda hard to price this one.

They're not extremely rare, I've got a couple on the shelf over here.

Not rocket science to fix either seeing as Atari did signature analysis
for it.

Ah! Didn't know there was such a thing...

Was repairing it for a friend down the road so I can get that info for
you. Is the SN screened on the board? AFAIK the cab went to the big
landfill in the sky years ago.
