Coolbits/NVTweak 1.7.1

I've heard/read that coolbits unlocks the nvidia options, but the last release was 2004. Then I saw NVtweak was formerly coolbits, but the last release was January 2005 version 1.7.1... is this the one to get (NVTweak 1.7.1) or what file should I get for oc'ing the video card/unlocking options/etc...

The original coolbits works on all newer drivers.
All it does is add a registry entry. This puts another tab in your video properties called "Clock Frequency Settings"
